In the context of the organization of a night or lunch, participants are divided into small groups and go through a route tasting tapas in the "Gothic Quarter" and the "Born", the historic center of Barcelona. A road book will be provided to each group, guiding them through an itinerary full of challenges, in a festive and convivial atmosphere, discovering the Spanish gastronomy: specialties of Galicia, of the Basque Country, of Valencia, under the influences of Catalonia !
There are four main types of tapas:
- Los Pinxos: different layers on a toothpick
- Los Platillos: small rations in individual plates
- Las Croquetas: dumpling stuffed with chicken or ham
- Las cazuelitas: hot cassolettes
